Contact

If you are transferring a patient, please call. This will better assist your client and you as our referral partner by providing this initial information. Our team is always available for calls from you or your clients at any time.

Referral

Although not required, you can submit your patients’ records through the online portal and fill out the referral form. You will receive a unique login for online portal access for your practice. If you need a new login, just call 740.481.2683 (COVE).

Initial Appointment

We will schedule an appointment with you. During this initial consultation we will discuss your pet’s history, diagnostics, treatment options, cost, and recovery.

Scheduling

Following the initial appointment, we will schedule a time for surgery that works for your schedule.

Treatment

We will be with you every step of the way. From the first appointment to the last days of recovery. Communication is prioritized, so you don’t have to worry about reaching someone with your concerns.

06.

 

Coordination

COVE updates your family veterinarian with all your pet’s medical records and updates throughout their recovery. We also coordinate all follow-up appointments and recommendations with both you and your pet’s doctor.
