Luis Aquino, born in the vibrant culture of Puerto Rico, is a seasoned Veterinary Technician and Patient Care and Operations Manager at COVE. A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Raymond Walter College, Luis completed the Vet Tech program in 1996 and embarked on a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in private practice and emergency medicine.
In 2010, Luis played a pivotal role in the establishment of Diley Hill Animal Emergency, where his dedication to animal care and operational excellence was instrumental in the clinic’s success. His journey in veterinary medicine took a new turn in 2022 when he joined COVE, bringing his wealth of experience to oversee patient care and streamline operations.
