Molly Piela

Molly Piela, a passionate veterinary professional, graduated with a Master’s degree in Veterinary Public Health from The Ohio State University in 2022. With a deep commitment to animal health, she began her veterinary medicine career in 2017 with Riverside Drive Animal Care Center after graduating from Stetson University. She has been actively involved with COVE since 2022, when she began working as a veterinarian assistant in the emergency room. This experience honed her ability to provide high-quality care in fast-paced, high-stress environments, and it continues to fuel her dedication to improving patient outcomes. 

She took on the role of Practice Manager in 2024, where she applied her leadership skills to enhance both patient care and team dynamics. Her focus is on creating an environment where both staff and pets can thrive, and she is always looking for ways to perfect COVE’s operational efficiency and care standards. 

When she is not working, she is spending time with her yellow labrador George, who is a local celebrity of COVE . She believes in the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care, and is continuously striving to elevate the level of veterinary medicine through ongoing education and hands-on experience.
