A Different Kind of Schedule
We’re hiring a weekend-focused Urgent Care Veterinarian to help lead during our busiest times. And to be clear—this is not an overnight position.
This role is built around a simple idea: work fewer, more impactful shifts and get more time back in your life.
What that looks like:
- 8 weekend shifts per month
- Full-time benefits
- No overnight responsibilities
You’ll be working when the hospital is most active, which means your shifts move quickly, your skills stay sharp, and your earning potential is strong.

What you’ll have access to:
- 24/7 emergency and critical care services
- Onsite specialty teams including Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, and Surgery
- Advanced diagnostics such as digital imaging, ultrasonography, and endoscopy
- Fully equipped surgical suites
- A skilled, experienced support team trained in emergency and critical care
You’ll collaborate closely with specialists and technicians who know what they’re doing and have your back.
What You’ll Do
- Manage urgent care and emergency cases during peak hours
- Lead and support the weekend team
- Collaborate with specialty departments on complex cases
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Help maintain a positive, efficient, team-focused environment
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a doctor who:
- Has a positive, team-first attitude
- Is confident handling urgent and emergency cases
- Communicates well with both clients and team members
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Wants to be part of building something strong and lasting
Emergency experience is preferred, but mentorship is available for the right candidate with a strong interest.
