Dedicated Veterinary Practice Manager
Amanda Lester, our dedicated veterinary practice manager, is a graduate of the Vet Tech Institute at Bradford in 2010. With fourteen years of experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician, she had the privilege of working in various leadership roles that have shaped her career.
In 2019, she transitioned into management with On the Spot Mobile Specialty and Veterinary Services, our partnering team.
Over the years, she continuously sought to enhance her knowledge and skills through additional training and selected continuing education courses. These have focused on areas such as emergency and critical care, team-building, leadership, and fostering a positive work environment.
Having been part of the initial startup teams at On the Spot and COVE, she has gained invaluable experience in shaping and growing successful veterinary practices from their inception.
With a background in business management and a focus on developing cohesive teams that work together seamlessly, we strive to provide the highest standard of care to our furry patients and their families.
