Karen White
DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. White is an emergency veterinarian at COVE. She was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and attended the University of Cincinnati for her Bachelor’s degree in biology with a chemistry minor. She then attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2010.
After graduation, Dr. White practiced both emergency medicine and general practice in Columbus for 10 years before focusing solely on emergency medicine. She joined COVE in January 2023 and enjoys the variety of cases in ER, as well as the preservation of the human-animal bond.
Dr. White is a member of the OVMA, the AVMA, and has completed the RECOVER course for more successful CPR outcomes.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. White enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young children – they love traveling and cheering for the Buckeyes and the Bengals.
